Waiting to Exhale

I remember as a child around 11 reading the book Waiting to Exhale. My fast tail had no business reading this book. My mother took it from me several times, but I always found it. The book is about four beautiful black woman who each have their very own personal issues. They are best friends until the end and are strong career oriented independent woman. My favorite character is Gloria. I get told all the time that I look like Loretta Devine, but I really don't see it. Well the movie is on so I thought I would let you all know that I absolutely love this movie. It is a classic. And the soundtrack is the absolute bomb diggity. Boy oh boy did Bernie burn that sap sucka stuff up.
