Hello beautiful ones. I hope all is well. I have been meaning to post but I am A.D.D. and get sidetracked so easily. I hope everyone is ready for Christmas. I love this time of year. The only exception is that when it comes to holiday shopping people can act a donkey. I hate shopping. I think from now on I am going to shop early or do everything online. I am so excited about seeing my family tomorrow.

Anyway I have a bunch of hauls. I received my goodies from Mississippi, and made a few more purchases of my own. I got the coral holdiay lip gloss set from mac. I love these lip glosses they are so beautiful. I swatched them for you all. I also purchased Mac eyeshadows in Arena and Swiss Chocolate. I love these two colors. Swiss Chocolate is excellent as a crease color. I see Erin from Scandalous Beauty using it all the time in her tutorials. Arena is absolutely a wonderful hightlight for women of color. I like it better than Ricepaper. I am planning on doing a compare and contrast video on it soon.

So, after going on Vanessa Garcia's (Necessary Makeup) blog I saw that Khols had the Flirt Cosmetics limited edition 40 eyeshadow set. I just had to rush out and get it the next day. Khols is literally right up the rode from my house. I get there in a minute flat. LOL. I love it the colors are great. I love Flirt Cosmetics. The colors are bright and bold. Plus the set was only 22 bucks. I couldn't pass that up. I was planning on getting three more to give as gifts, but when I went back they were gone :(

MY HAIR

My hair is coming along so beautifully. Everyday I love my hair more and more. Going natural was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I have always had troubles with my hair. Even when everyone told me I had a nice texture of hair I didn't believe it. I got picked on a lot by other girls, and I believe I held onto that for a long time. I love my hair and the color just makes it even more beautiful. I have been wearing it str8 back in a headband, because I have no idea what to do with it. I can't wait until it gets longer so I can style it. This week I tried something different. I did a side part puff. I loved it. It took a lot of gel to slick it down but it was ubber cute. Check out the pics below.

I have been slacking lately on my posts, but hey thats life gotta make lemonade out of lemons. Here are some fotd's. I havn't really been wearing makeup as tough as I used to. Not because I don't want to but this overtime is tiring. I hope you all enjoy. I have been trying different techniques when applying my makeup. I just love youtube. The beautiful people on there are so inspiring. I also tried something different with my hair. I did a side part last week, and fell in love. I am so loving my hair, and it is really starting to grow. My hair will be in the next post.
