Cosmetic Company Store Haul

Today I did my first photo shoot. I was very hesitant when my friend asked me to do her makeup for her shoot. I do love makeup, but doing it on others can make me a lil apprehensive. I stepped out of my confort zone, and I actually had a lot of fun. Bradenton Beach was just beautiful. It gave me the opportunity to try something new. She was very happy with her looks. I won't get the pics until later this week. I promise I will post them. Anywhoo on the way back we stopped in Ellengton at the outlets and I picked up a few goodies. I also got my Violetta lipstick, and Magenta lip pencil in the mail.

My new found love

I have fallen in love. I could not help myself. When I first laid eyes on it I was skeptical. But with one taste I was hooked. The new Doritos Smokin' Cheddar BBQ chips are the bomb. I usually only like the Cool Ranch ones, but I believe they have been replaced.

Mac Violetta Lipstick

At the last minute I decided to take advantage of the Free Shipping that Mac cosmetics had. To my surprise I saw that they had Violetta lipstick on there. I have been eyeing this lipstick for awhile. Ever since I saw Ateya use it in one of her youtube tutorials. It is a pro color so you could either get it from a pro store or call to have it shipped to you. I am so happy to get it. I also purchased the Magenta lip liner pencil to go with it. I can't wait until it gets here. I am starting to fall in love with lipsticks.

Kind of Red Lip

I tried to do a kind of pin-up girl look, but I don't really like the way it came out. I tried it the day before and it came out perfect. I didn't take pictures of it then, because my camera died.

Lil Ponytail

With the weather getting cooler here in Florida I am trying out protective styles so I will not have to walk around with a wet head. I just hate being sick. I was able to pull my hair back into a little pony puff. I put some twists in the front again. It is a quick style. I was in a hurry for work today, so I didn't have a chance to really play around with my hair. I am trying to get out of just wearing it in a puff, but the puff is just so simple to do.
